Privacy Policy – Timer Plus

This privacy policy explains in a simple and transparent way how the Timer Plus app handles your personal data. It is based on how the app is currently designed.

1. Data Collected

User Profile

When you use the app, a profile is stored locally on your device. This profile includes:

• a unique identifier generated automatically;
• the profile creation date;
• your Premium subscription status (if applicable);
• your display preferences (light or dark mode) and language.

Programs and Sessions

The training programs you create or edit (exercise type, duration, number of repetitions, etc.) are stored only on your device. The app does not send them to any server.

Timer Status

During a session, the timer may temporarily save your session state (elapsed time, pause status, etc.) to allow you to resume where you left off in case of interruption.

App Language

Your device language is detected automatically the first time you open the app, and is then remembered to customize your experience.

Advertising

Banner ads are displayed in the app via Google Mobile Ads. This may lead to the collection of technical data by Google (such as an advertising ID) to improve ad relevance. No other personal data is shared.

2. Use of Data

Data is used exclusively to:

1. allow you to track your programs and save your progress;
2. customize the interface according to your preferences (language, theme);
3. display relevant and tailored advertisements.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

• Google Mobile Ads: certain technical data is shared with Google to display ads in the app.
• No other data is shared with third parties.

4. Permissions Requested

• Notifications: to remind you at the scheduled time of your sessions.
• Background Operation: to keep the timer running even when you leave the screen.
• Local Storage: to save your personal data on your device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored only on your phone. You can delete it at any time by resetting the app data or uninstalling the app. This will erase all your settings, programs, and history.

6. Your Rights

7. Updates

This privacy policy may be updated if the app evolves. Any significant change will be notified through an app update.
